个人介绍:

1984年于合肥工业大学获学士学位,1989年于哈尔滨工业大学获硕士学位,1998年于西北工业大学获博士学位。曾先后任国营第六一六厂技术员、助理工程师,太原理工大学讲师、副教授、教研室主任,山西省青年学科带头人。1999年到上海交通大学从事博士后研究,2000年后留校任教,期间20022003年度在德国马普金属研究所访问研究,2005年其任教授。

主要从事金属凝固理论和亚稳金属材料方面的研究,目前主持1“973”专题、1项国家自然科学基金科学仪器专款项目、1项国家自然科学基金面上项目、1项上海市教委创新项目以及多项校企合作项目。在晶体生长理论、凝固组织控制、金属玻璃形成能力和块体金属玻璃的塑性变形等方面有系统深入的研究,获教育部自然科学一等奖1项,省部级科学技术二等奖4项,省部级科学技术三等奖2项,发表论文100余篇。本人博士学位论文曾被评为陕西省优秀博士学位论文,同时进入全国优秀博士学位论文会评(当时无提名奖)。
