摘 要: Cu–Cr–Zr alloy is widely used for many applications such as trolley wire, electrode for resistance welding and connectors of various microelectronic devices, etc. It is also considered to be the third generation of lead frame due to its high strength, high electrical and thermal conductivity and excellent fatigue resistance. Influence of elements on the electrical conductivity, morphology of the cast Cu-Cr-Zr alloy and mechanisms of strengthening in precipitation hardening copper alloys will be introduced.
